What type of artwork will reproduce best on my printed items?
Preferred Artwork Formats:

  •         Original Vector artwork files from Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps   Please convert any text to outlines or curves before submitting.
  •         Digital files .pdf or High Resolution .jpg files 300 dpi or higher. 
  •         Scan full page image or as large as possible from letterhead or other printed material and email.
  •         Artwork copied from a website usually does not work well.

We can work with almost any type of digital artwork file. If we receive your file and find it will not be satisfactory we will contact you.

We will always email a proof for your approval.

Do you have any kind of rating that shows it's safe to order from you?
Yes – Our Online Orders are processed by Braintree a PayPal Company using 256 bit encrypted secure servers to protect your personal information. Our customers rate us using Shopper Approved which is an independant third party and they continue to rate us 5 Stars which is the highest rating possible. Ratings like these are great since it shows our dedication to serving our customer's needs in a professional manner. Your personal information will NEVER be sold or shared by us with ANYONE… period. The only exception is that we ask Shopper Approved to contact you by email to rate us and/ or our products to make sure we have met your expectations. We do not promise unrealistic production times just to get sales. 


What type of payment options do you offer?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we request that all orders be paid for after you approve your proof and you are ready to place the order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. We do accept Purchase Orders from Schools, Government Agencies, and some well established businesses. How does NeedDecals.com ship decals and other items, and how long does it take to receive an order?
Our Stock Items usually ship the same day your order is placed. Most of our custom orders are completed in 4 to 7 business days after you give us final approval on your proof. We will rush orders when possible. Please understand that we must honor any prior commitments before we can rush your order. Our normal mode of shipping is UPS Ground service and Priority Mail so most U.S. customers receive their orders in about 2 to 3 days. We can use other express shipping methods at your request.
