We offer UPS and Priority Mail shipping for domestic shipments and international shipments to Canada. Both of these carriers provide tracking numbers for your package so that it can be easily monitored during transit. Shipping charges are calculated by the carrier you select based on the products weight and the destination zip code.
If your package appears to be damaged, inspect it in front of the delivery person and have them make a note of any damaged items. If the delivery person is not available, take a picture of the outside of the damaged box before opening it. Take pictures of any damage to the contents as well.
If you are not totally satisfied with any Stock Product (off the shelf product - not custom printed), please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. Returned items must be in unopened original packaging and be in resalable condition. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order and we'll promptly give you a refund excluding freight.
Custom printed products are guaranteed to be accurate as per our proof approved by you or your agent. Please check proof CAREFULLY.... once approved by you, we are not responsible for errors. Custom products are guaranteed to be free from defects. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of NeedDecals.com.
