Custom Number Decals with the Identifiers You Need
Order number, name or annual decals for your identification system. Choose white or clear back-adhesive vinyl, a print style and size, then tell us what to print. Quantity always means the total number of finished decals—not the number of unique identifiers. Blank and numbered decals are counted the same way.

Send One Entry per Finished Decal
For a custom list, email a single-column Excel file or a text file to artwork@needdecals.com. Use one row or line for every decal. Include only the characters to print, without extra separating commas. Repeat an entry on a separate line for every additional copy. Preserve leading zeroes: examples include 001, A-01 and 2027-01. Format an Excel column as Text before entering identifiers, and check the saved file and your proof. Include your order details with the file.

How do I order duplicate numbers?
100 unique numbers printed twice means 200 finished decals. Order 200 and supply 200 rows, repeating each number on its own line for each copy. For two-line layouts or special data arrangements, contact us before preparing the file so the intended layout is clear.
Can I order decals for a new year?
Yes. Select Year Decals and specify the year and any other text you need. Check every character on your proof. When it is time to reorder, send the new year and quantity; do not assume that a previous order’s dates will change automatically. Custom orders normally ship 2–7 business days after proof approval, and we notify you when they ship.
