Political Orders
The client is responsible for including required funding declarations
for political advertising. Each state has different laws regarding
political advertising and appropriate copy must be supplied with
your order. |
Production Methods
All products shown are produced by silk-screening, flexography,
thermal foil stamping, or embossing. The products are identified
accordingly. |
Phone & Hand-Written
Orders
Typewritten orders are necessary to ensure that all information
pertaining to an order is correct. Please submit your order via
E-Mail when possible. Do not attempt to fax logos or artwork,
we prefer a high quality original or black & white camera
ready artwork to work from. |
Production Times
Production times are approximate and are listed for each item
on each page. Specific shipping dates must be confirmed with
our Customer Service Department. If a proof is needed, production
time will begin after the proof has been approved and returned. |
Rush Service
We will, for an additional charge, produce an order in less than
normal production time. Charges vary depending on our current
work load, item involved, complexity of art, and production.
We also offer several KWIK-SHIP items. |
Color Matching
Any color other than our standard colors will require a color
matching charge of $30.00 per color. Please submit color swatches
or a specification from a generally recognized industry color
specification system to be matched. We cannot guarantee a perfect
match. Color matching charges also apply to repeat orders. |
Backing Sheet
Imprint
Price as one additional color plus $25.00 additional set-up.
No additional art charge if black and white camera-ready art
is furnished. Imprint will be black unless another color is specified. |
Consecutive Numbering
Consecutive numbering is available on many items other than those
shown in the catalog. Call or write for quote. We are not responsible
for any missing numbers. |
Overruns / Underruns
Due to the difficulty of manufacturing to exact quantity requirements
without sacrificing quality, a shipment of 5% over or under the
quantity ordered will constitute a complete order and will be
billed accordingly. |
Photographs
Any photograph must be furnished as a black and white glossy
at least 5" x 7". The quality of the halftone will
be determined by the quality and size of the photograph furnished.
There is an extra $30.00 charge. |
Halftones
Screens/Halftones of a color will require an additional charge
of $30.00 unless camera-ready art is furnished. |
Non-Standard Quantities
Any order calling for quantities between standard catalog quantities
will be priced at the lower quantity price. Example: An order
of 800 will be priced at the 500 unit rate. |
Shipping Policies
Indicate your preferred shipping method. If no instructions are
given, we will select the most economical method of transit.
If Motor Freight shipments are required there will be a skidding
charge of $10.00 (net) for the necessary packing and banding.
Unless required or requested otherwise, we ship all orders prepaid. |
Express Mail /
Air Freight
Express Mail or Air Freight is priced as normal postage plus
an additional $7.50 (net) handling charge. |
Terms of Payment
Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders must be
paid in full before production begins. We accept several major
Credit Cards and Cahsiers Checks or Money Orders. Approved Corporate
Accounts may use Purchase Orders and will be billed on a net
30 basis. |
